Sony CLIE PEG-UX40/PEG-UX50 Palm Desktop for CLIe Software Update v1 Palm OS 5.2. This program updates the Palm Desktop for CLI?? software and resolves the issue where the "C:\Program Files\Sony" folder opens automatically when the computer starts up.

Important Notes:

  • This utility is only for use with Palm Desktop for CLI?? software included in the installation CD for the PEG-UX40 and PEG-UX50 CLI?? handheld models.
  • During the installation of this update, be sure that you are logged in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
  • To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
  • It is highly recommended to print out these instructions as a reference during the installation process.
